Every Canadian municipality gets a page, honestly labelled:

• Live — a machine-readable municipal source we ingest on a regular schedule; target freshness is shown per city.
• Partial — a public source exists (PDF lists, per-property lookups) but coverage or freshness is limited.
• Requested — no usable public source today. Join the waitlist; expansion is demand-driven.

Freshness is displayed per city and honesty is a feature: we tell you when each source was last read rather than pretending everything is real-time.
